Who we are
Maaser (maaser.io) is a venture of Project Elijah, operated by Ronen Priewer in Israel. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@projectelijah.io.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your first name, last name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you. We do not sell them, rent them or use them for advertising.
To understand how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you across sites. We see totals only: page views, the country, the referring site and the browser type.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Who handles the data
Netlify (hosting, and storage of the messages you send) and Cloudflare (visit statistics). We share data with no one else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you or to keep you informed about Maaser. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Write to privacy@projectelijah.io and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
